They are our two favorite Holidays. We celebrate them in special ways. During the month of November, while thanking God for all His blessings through out the year, I also working on more Christmas cards and gifts. Today I have 2 Christmas cards to share with you 🙂
On my first card, I created it using the new Winter Cardinal stamp set. That I stamped it on a white cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black ink pad and colored it with Prismacolors Pencils. And using one of the ODBD Squares Dies to cut it out.
I used the new Christmas 2017 Paper Collection on this card. I used one of the solid color paper as the base mat on the card. Using the ODBD Double Stitched Rectangles Dies, I cut out one plaid patterned paper and added it on the card.
I added the Winter Bird panel on the card. And to create the frame, I cut out one of the dark green solid paper using 2 sizes of the ODBD Squares Dies, then I added on the card with 3D foam tape.
For the sentiment, I stamped it on the red paper with black ink and cut it out with one of the ODBD Mini Label Dies. I added it on top of the frame with some liquid adhesive and 3D foam tape. And I finished my card with some of the white pearl gems.
For my second card, I also use the new Christmas 2017 Paper Collection on it. I added one of the beautiful ornament patterned paper on the white card base with some adhesive.
I stamped the Snowman Family imaged from the Snowman Family stamp set with Versafine Onyx Black ink on a watercolor paper, then I colored them with the watercolor real brush pens. They are so cute! I set it a side to dry while I was working on the snow globe.
Using the new ODBD Snow Globe Dies, I cut out 3 watercolor paper. I stacked them and glued them with liquid adhesive to create a thick snow globe. And I added a piece of acetate plastic on the window for the shaker window.
I cut out some of the ODBD Snow Crystals Dies out of white cardstock.
When the Snowman image dried, I cut it out with the Snow Globe Die and added it on the card. Next I added some of the snow flake crystals die cuts, fine glitter, and big glitter. And then I added the Snow Globe frame on it with some 3D foam tape. And more snow flakes crystals on it.
For the sentiment on this second card, I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set on a white cardstock and cut it out with ODBD Pennant Flags Dies, and I cut out one of the red paper from the Christmas 2017 Paper Collection with ODBD Double Stitched Pennant Flags. I added the white pennant flag on top of the double stitched pennant flag with adhesive, and then I added the sentiment on the card with some 3D foam tape.
There all my cards to share with you today. I hope they inspire you to create and start on your Christmas projects. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today… Have a blessed day!
