You’re Courageous

Hello everyone… God creates the seasons to declare His greatness and love. Spring brings so much inspiration to us: colors, flowers, sunny day, rainy day, rainbow, birds, and so much more that you can find outside. Today, rainbow and freshness of Spring inspire me to create.

I started with splatting some watercolor paint on the card base. And I laid a piece of paper towel on it and pushed down on the  card. Gently I rub my fingers on it to get the extra water out without moving it or twisting it. It is one way to get the watercolor paint dry instantly without using craft heater and also it is a good technique to use if you added watercolor paint directly on the card base that is not a watercolor paper.

I die cut the leafy heart using watercolor paper and Layers of Love die from Concord & 9th. And then I colored it with Koi Watercolors Paints and set aside to dry.

For the sentiment I used the Being Classy die and stamp set also from Concord & 9th. I stamped the sentiment on a white cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black and die cut it with the matching die. I die cut one more time the same die with black cardstock for the shadow effect. And I stamped the other phrase on a white cardstock and cut out with scissors.

I added the watercolored leafy heart on the card with adhesive glue. I stacked the courageous die cuts slightly overlap to each other and added the sentiments on the card base with 3D foam tape.

That’s my card for today. I hope you all also can enjoy it 🙂 Thank You so much for visiting and have a fabulous day!
