Sending Hugs and Prayers Card Sets

Friends and families are amazing partners in prayers for us. We are so thankful for each one of them and they are just amazing!

So many areas in our lives and ministry, we need others’ prayers, hugs and encouraging words. Friends and families God has put in our lives have special roles. We as family, really appreciate all the supports you all have been giving to us – prayerfully, financially, and encouraging words through emails, FB messages, texts, and cards – to partner with us in ministry that God has called us to do.

Today’s cards are inspired by the hearts and ministry of praying people of God. I made 2 sets of these cards using Hero Arts – Exclusive Prayers stamps and die set, and the beautiful Antique Rose stamp from Hero Arts, too.

I stamped the roses directly on the card bases to create the background. I used Black Exclusive Inks™ Stamp Pad and added some clear gems in the middle of the flowers.

For the first set above, I die cut the word PRAYERS out of watercolor papers then watercolored them using Pentel Aquash brush and Watercolor Paints. I used the same ink pad to stamp the sentiments and added the diecuts on the cards using some 3D foam tape.

And for the second card set, I repeated the same step to crate the background. Then I found some scraps cardstock that I die cut and inlaid the diecuts in different negative panels. I added them on the card using 3D foam tape, too.

These card sets are a quick way to make cards when you need a bunch of them in short time or for them to be ready whenever you need to send on to your friend or family to let them know that you are thinking and praying for them. That is a way to encourage others, too.

I hope you are inspired today and have an amazing day!
