25 Days of Christmas Tags – STAMPlorations

Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog… Today, I have couple Christmas tags to share with you!

If you new to this 25 Days of Christmas Tags, you want to head over to Tracey’s blog to read all about her story and details about this event. You also can play along by linking up your tags…and…you’ll have many chances to win the prizes from the amazing sponsors.

Today, I am joining STAMPlorations design team and have created two tags to share with you all.

I use the Stitched Tags Nesting Dies – CUTplorations for the both tag bases. On the first tag above, I cut out a glitter silver cardstock with the tag nesting dies.

I use the Joyful Christmas – Typografia Christmas Stamp that I stamped on a watercolored paper with Rockin’ Red Catherine Pooler Ink Pad. After that, I sketch a Christmas Tree shape outline with pencil, and I cut it with scissors. I added some shadow around the tree with Grass Skirt Catherine Pooler Ink Pad using sponge dauber. I added the tree on the tag with dries clear I adhesive glue.

I created a watercolored paper with the Rockin’ Red Ink Pad, and then I made the mini bow using the We R Memory Keeper 3D Bow Maker. I added it on the tag with same adhesive glue.

I tied up the green/white baker’s twine on the tag.

On the second tag, I cut out the tag base with the tag nesting die out of the heavyweight white cardstock. And then, I use the Holly Background – ARTplorations Stencil and Distress Crayons (Festive Berries and Peeled Paint) to create that background. I added the crayon on the stencil and then using baby wipe to blend it in. After that, I added some splatters on it using the Distress Crayon Metallic Antique Bronze and watercolor brush. I dried it with craft heater.

I stamped the Blessed Christmas – Typografia Christmas on a heavyweight white cardstock with Memento Rhubarb Stalk In Pad and then I cut it out with the Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies.  I added it on the tag with dries-clear adhesive glue.

I added the ribbon and mini wood clip on the tag.

I love making these Christmas tags… It give the jolly feeling in my heart even though it is still Fall! I hope you all also feel the same… For more inspirations, make sure to head over to Tracey’s blog and STAMPlorations Blog for a chance to win one of two – $25 gift certificates to TWO lucky people!!!
