Hello everyone… Today, I am joining STAMPlorations Girls for their fabulous 12 Days of Spring Fling!!! I hope you will enjoy this blog hop and inspired by so many Spring themed projects.
And for this Spring Fling Day 5, I created this watercolored flower shaker card.
For the background, I cut out a heavyweight white cardstock using the Bloomtangled #2 Cover Plate Die with my Gemini Junior machine. After that, I colored it using Sakura Koi Water Colors paints and water brush.
I also created a light blue wash watercolored background by adding some blue watercolor paint on a watercolor paper and diluted it with water. I dried it with craft heater.
I added the watercolored panel on the back of the watercolored Bloomedtangled using permanent adhesive glue. I added them on top of a white card base with permanent adhesive glue.
Next, I created the frame and shaker window. I cut out 2 black cardstocks using the 2 sizes of the Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies. I stacked both frames using permanent adhesive glue.
I added a piece of acetate plastic on the frame using double sided tape. And then I added 3D foam tape around the frame.
I sprinkled some fine white glitter, jumbo white glitter, and iridescent sequins the card and then I added the frame on it.
I cut out 2 white cardstock using Just Becuase Phrase Die, and I stacked them together to create the word sentiment chipboard using permanent adhesive glue. After that, I colored it with Wink Of Stella Gold Metallic Brush Pen and water brush.
I dried the sentiment chipboard using craft heater and then I added it on the card with permanent adhesive glue.
The card is done. I hope you all enjoy it too.
