Sending Paper Flowers and Happy Thoughts

Hello creative friends… Today, I would like to send you all some paper flowers and happy thoughts through this handmade card. I hope this can warm your hearts…

I made this card using the new Bougainvillea Gallore Mega Digital Stamp Set from Graciellie Design. I printed the Bougainvillea flower on Neenah Solar White cardstock with inkjet printer and then I colored it with Altenew Artist Markers. After that, I fussy cut it with scissors and I added some white paint splatters on it. I dried the paint with craft heater.

I printed the sentiment on a white cardstock and then cut the label using the Dare 2B Artzy – Slim Mini Wavy Layers Dies.

For the background, I printed one of the rustic wood pattern paper from Graciellie Design – Rustic Wood Mega Digital Paper Pack. I trimmed it smaller than the card base and I added on the card with permanent adhesive runner.

For the frame, I used the Gemini Ornate Frame & Corner Foil Stamp ‘N Cut Dies. This was my first time using hot foil. I had some trials and errors but once I figured it out, I had fun. I added the frame on the card with double sided tape.

I added the flower and sentiment label on the card with 3D foam tape and I embellished the card with some clear droplets.

Mini Slimline Shaped Card For The Loved One

Hello everyone! Can you feel the love in the air? Valentine’s Day is close and today I would like to share this Mini Slimline Shaped Card that you can make for your loved one (or/and ones…)

I made this Mini Slimline Shaped Card using the new Slim Mini Heart Background Die Set and Special Family Stamp Set. I share this project at Dare 2B Artzy Blog today.

I cut out the card base using the scallop background die. Using the same die I cut a piece of black glitter cardstock and then I added it on the card base with permanent adhesive runner.

Next, I cut out a piece of red glitter cardstock using the heart intricate swirly heart background. I added it on the card with permanent glue adhesive and I put several acrylic stamping blocks on it while the glue drying. Then, I added the small hearts on each spot with 3D foam tape. For the middle heart, I cut the negative heart with the middle heart die and I added it on the card with 3D foam tape.

I stamped the sentiment on a white cardstock with Artzy Ink Totally Black and then I fussy cut it with scissors around the words. I added them on the card with permanent adhesive glue and 3D foam tape.

This mini slimline shaped card is a quick and easy card to make for the Valentine’s Day, don’t you think? You even can make the cards for the whole family!!!

For the napkin, I cut out one of the pattern paper from the Graciellie Design – Cozy Christmas Digital Paper using the The Greetery – Cozy Cup Coaster Die.
