Hello everyone… Helen is here today and I have a Bible journaling page to share with you. It is about God’s character, works, and promises from the book of Psalms 66. For those, we worship Him and shout joyful noise to His holy name!

Joy Clair Color By Faith Praise The Lord Psalms 66 Bible Journaling

Shout for joy to God, all the earth;

sing the glory of his name;

give to him glorious praise!

Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds!

So great is your power that your enemies come cringing to you.

All the earth worships you

and sings praises to you;

they sing praises to your name.” Selah

Come and see what God has done:

he is awesome in his deeds toward the children of man.

(Psalms 66:1-5, ESV)

I created using the Praise The Lord stamp set, one of the new Color By Faith collection. On my page, I also used Clear Gesso, Gelatos, Acrylic Paints, Archival Ink Pad, Water, and Washi Tapes.

I am sharing a tutorial at Joy Clair Blog today. I hope you can find some inspirations at Joy Clair blog. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today. Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Bible Journaling on Ephesians 1:11-14

Hello everyone… Happy Saturday! I hope you all have a fabulous week so far… Today I have a Bible Journaling on Ephesian 1:11-14 to share with you all.

Graciellie Design In Christ Alone Bible Journaling on Ephesians 1:11-14

In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory. In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory.”

Ephesians 1:11-14

In these verses you can find the truth and confirmation that only in Him, of Him, and through Him we can find assurance of our salvation, inheritance in Christ and promises. No one else in this world can do that to us. Only GOD can. He does that only through Christ alone.

Our family lost 2 dear family relatives this month. We were sad but also at the same time we have hope and joy knowing that both of them lived their lives trusting and had their faith in Christ Jesus. We will miss them a lot!

My prayer for you today that you find confident, hope and faith in Christ alone. No matter in what situation or circumstance you are in right now, seek Him in His presence where you receive the blessings He has provided for you today. Praise Him in your situation for who He is and what He has done in your life in the past, for He is faithful God and God of hope. He can save you today!

Graciellie Design In Christ Alone Bible Journaling on Ephesians 1:11-14

To journal this truth in my journaling Bible today, I created a vellum insert using one of the new digital stamp from Graciellie Design. You can create any projects using this In Christ Alone Digital Stamp.

First, I open the flower file and sentiment file with Silhouette Studio Design Software on my computer. You can use all Graciellie Design digital stamps with any picture editing programs and even Word program.

On the Silhouette Studio, I drew a rectangle with the size of the journaling Bible page. Next, I copied and pasted the flower twice and positioned them at each corner of the page. Then I copied and pasted the phrase and positioned it in the middle of the page. I resized and moved them around to fit the page and once I was happy with it, I printed the design on a vellum paper using inkjet printer in black and white.

I let the printed page to dry over night. You can always use craft heater to dry the ink only the down side of this technique is that the paper is large and will wrinkle.

I then colored the flowers with ShinHan Touch Twin makers. And after the inks were dry, I sprinkled some white acrylic spray paint on it using fan brush for extra snowy look on it.

Once all mediums were dried well in few minutes, I trimmed it down using the rectangles lines as the guide. I added the vellum insert page on the Bible using ScorTape 1/8″ double-sided tape.

I hope you find this tutorial easy to follow and inspire you to keep journaling God’s words in creative way to express your love to Him.

THANK YOU so much for stopping by my blog today. May you have a blessed day!

Our Daily Bread Designs White As Snow Bible Journaling Page

On my journaling page today I use the White As Snow Stamp Die/Duo Set, Trees & Deer Dies, Curvy Slopes Dies, Snow Crystal Dies, and the new Christmas Collection 2017 Paper Pad.

I created the background with Broken China and Tumbled Glass Distress Crayons that I added on the page directly with finger. They blend great with a bit of water on the finger, but not much. I simply dap my finger on a wet wipes and blend the colors together.

Then I stamped the sentiment with Black PowderPuff Chalking Ink that works the best on this journaling page and it won’t bleed through like other dye inks or archival ink. If you prep the page with clear gesso, other type of inks will work just okay on the page.

I stamped the snowman with Black Archival Ink Pad and colored it with Arteza Real Brush Pens and watercolor brush. Then I die cut it with the matching die.

Next I cut couple of the Curvy Slopes out of white cardstock for the hill border on the bottom of the page. Then I added them on the page with Scor-Tape double sided tape. I let the top bit open so I can tuck the other die cut pieces under the hills.

I then cut the trees and deer out of the solid papers form Christmas 2017 Collection Paper Pad. I added them on the page with Art Glitter Dries Clear Adhesive glue. And then I added the snowman, too on the page.

After all pieces are on the page, I added some of the fake snow paste on them with palette knife.

I finished the page with some of the snowflakes die cuts that I added them randomly on the page using the Art Glitter Dries Clear Adhesive glue.

I just love the true and God’s promises written on this passage. He is God, he never fails to fulfill what He has spoken. He takes care of His own people. He forgives those how turn their ways away from their wicked ways. He wash our sins away with the blood of Christ. He makes us new in Him and His image only. What a promise!

“Come now, let’s settle this,”
says the Lord.
“Though your sins are like scarlet,
I will make them as white as snow.
Though they are red like crimson,
I will make them as white as wool.
If you will only obey me,
you will have plenty to eat.
But if you turn away and refuse to listen,
you will be devoured by the sword of your enemies.
I, the Lord, have spoken!”
Isaiah 1:18, New Living Translation

Color By Faith: Born Is The King and Send Me Projects

Hello everyone… I am back with my second post today. And I have 2 projects I would like to share with you that I created using Joy Clair – Color By Faith Bible Journaling Stamp Collection.

I share more details how I created these 2 projects over Joy Clair Blog today. First is a set of cards that I created using Born Is The King stamp set.

Joy Clair Born Is The King Card Set
I tied each set with the twine. This also can be a great gift for teachers, don’t you think? I hope these projects give you some ideas for this Christmas Holiday 🙂

My second project is a Bible journaling page using the Send Me stamp set. I used my new ESV Psalms Journaling Bible. It is a gift from a friend. I am so very thankful for this gift!

This passage describes the greatness of God compare to the idols. Non of the idols can compare to the power of the Living God. He is the one who creates the world and his glory displayed in this world. We all can see it plainly with our eyes. We only need to aware of His presence in our lives.

God himself always will reveal Himself and His glory through his creations, including us!

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today. May you all have a wonderful day!

A Bible Journaling Page And A Mixed Media Card With Joy Clair

Hello everyone… Today I have two projects to share with you. It is a Bible Journaling Page and a Mixed Media Card using new stamp sets from Joy Clair.

My first project is a Bible journaling page using Color By Faith collection – Jesus Is My Jam. I love David and his heart. How much he loved God and most of the time his talked to God in songs and psalms. Today’s verses are from 2 Samuel 22. It is about his song of thankful to God for delivering him from his enemies. This whole passage fill with praises to who God was and for what He had done to David’s life.

A Bible Journaling Page And A Mixed Media Card With Joy Clair

I keep it clean-and-simple with my journaling so I can still read God’s word and promises 🙂
