Hello…. I am back with more Christmas in July project. Even though July is almost done, it does not mean I won’t be sharing Christmas projects in August, or September, or October, etc… 😀 stay tune for more.
So, today’s project is a clean and simple Christmas card with Spray of Joy stamp set from Close To My Heart. And for the card backgrounds, I used retired paper packet, Snowhaven.
I stamped it with my MISTI 5 times on the 2.75″ x 4″ Black cardstock with VersaMark™ Ink Pad. Then I added some Ranger™ Princess Gold Embossing Powder and heat them up with my Craft Heater. After they all were embossed, I cut the tail using my Non-Stick Micro-Tip scissors.
I tied up some of the Natural Twine from May Arts Ribbon and added some red gems from Studio G – Hampton Art. Then I added them on the card bases using 3D foam tape.
They are done. I made 5 cards in 30 minutes! Things I learned today about mass-producing cards in less than an hour are:
- Pick one design or sketch
- Pick one stamp set
- Pick one color combo or pick one patterned paper
- Pick 1 or 2 embellishments that will give extra wow to your cards.
- and… MISTI tool is awesome for mass-producing!
Do you like create card sets or individual card? Do have any tips for mass-producing cards? Please feel free to share with us in the comment 🙂
