2021 Spring-Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop | May Your Cup Runneth Over

The 2021 Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Hop is here and may your cup runneth over as you create, share and hop around with us this week!

This hop is hosted by our amazing Coffee Loving Cardmakers. As usual, this hop theme is anything goes with coffee/tea/cocoa and Spring. This hop starts from Friday, March 19th through Friday, March 26th. There are 63 Sponsors who are generously providing so many prizes for this hop.

Here’s my card for the first day of this hop. I created this slimline card using the stamp sets, die set and paper from Dare 2B Artzy, one of the Suer Sponsors.

I cut one of the polkadot pattern paper from the Home Grown Collection Variety pack using with the Wavy Slimline Framelit Dies. I added the background panel on the card with permanent adhesive.

I stamped the mug image from the Cup of Cheers Stamp Set with VersaFine Clair Nocturne, and then I colored them with Arteza alcohol markers. After the coloring I cut them with the matching mug die from the Hot Cocoa Mug Die.

For the sentiment, I stamped one of the sentiments from the Coffee & Jesus stamp set on a white cardstock with VersaFine Clair Nocturne. I cut the cardstock with the Wavy Slimline Framelit Dies. I trimmed half of the panel diagonally and the I added the coffee mugs on the panel. And then I added that panel on the card with 3D foam tape for extra dimension.
