Collaboration Blog Hop ~ Coffee…Stay Strong

Coffee Loving Cardmakers and Graciellie Design

Hello everyone… I hope you all have an amazing day and your coffee is strong… Today, I have couple coffee themed cards to share with you for a fun collaboration blog hop!

This is the Coffee Loving Cardmakers and Graciellie Design collaboration blog hop featuring Gracie’s new released stamp set.

I am using the Stay Strong digital set. This digital stamp set is not only can be use for coffee themed projects, but also for any encouragement projects. I love this set for the various options it gives.

And… here are my two cards…

On my first card, I used DecoFoil Rainbow paper on the cup and sentiment. I printed them on a white cardstock using Laser Printer, added a piece of the foil paper, and then run it through my laminating machine. And woalah! Shiny and rainbow-y!!!

I was wondering if this foiled image can resist watercolor paint… it did!

I added some Vintage Photo Distress Ink on my craft mat, sprayed some water, and I smooshed it the cardstock panel on it. Super cool… I love it! I sprayed and sprinkle more water on the panel and dabbed it off with paper towel to give the distress look on it.

I added the panel on a top-fold card with 3D fun foam and Art Glitter Dries Clear Adhesive. I tied up some May Arts Nature Twine and some clear gems.

And on my second card, it is a watercolored CAS card with Distress Inks.

I created the background panel with smooshing technique also using 2 colors of Distress Ink Pads. After the watercolor paper got some ink on it, I tilted it to get some flowing and dripping look on it. I dried the watercolored panel with craft heater, and then trimmed slightly smaller than the A2 Card. I added it on the card with dries-clear adhesive glue.

For this cup, I printed the cup image on Canson Mixed Media Paper with inkjet printer. I dried the ink with craft heater and start coloring it with Distress Inks and waterbrush. After that, I dried it well with craft heater and then I fussy cut it with micro-tip scissors.

For the sentiment, I used one of the sentiments from the Sweetness Digital Stamp Set. I printed it on a white cardstock with inkjet printer, and trimmed it into sentiment banner.

I added both cup and sentiment on the card with 3D fun foam and dries-clear adhesive glue. I embellished this card with some May Arts Nature Twine.

And guest what? This digital stamp is now available in rubber stamp at Unity Stamp Company Store! Right now… all rubber stamp sets from Graciellie Design are on sale!!! Grab them while you can, you don’t wanna miss this amazing deal!
