With Love and Gratitude Gift Tag

Hello everyone… Over here, the weather is cooler compare to last week. Fall is coming near and it gets me to start thinking of the season of giving thanks. Today, I would love to share this simple Fall themed gift tag with you all.

I created the tag base using the tag SVG file from the Graciellie Design -Coffee Lovers SVG Files. I cut a heavyweight cardstock with Silhouette Cameo 3. And then I added some of the Vintage Photo Distress Ink, Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Ink, and Wild Honey Distress Oxide Ink using blending brush.

After that I sprayed it with water using the Distress Sprayer, let it sit for couple seconds, and than I dabbed it off with paper towel. Then I added some white paint splatters using white acrylic spray paint and brush. After that I dried it with craft heater.

I printed the 4 candle and flower images from the With Love & Gratitude Digital Stamp Set on a watercolor paper with laser printer. And then I cut them with my Silhouette Cameo 3 using PixScan Mat and their software for scan and cut.

After cutting it, I added the DecoFoil Gold Transfer Sheet on it, put in inside folded parchment paper, and then I run it though the laminator. And then I colored the flowers with Leisure Arts Double Ended Markers and waterbrush. I dried it with craft heater.

I colored the foiled image with Leisure Arts Double Ended Markers and waterbrush. I dried it with craft heater after coloring. I added the candle on the tag with 3D foam tape.

For the sentiment, I printed some of them on a white cardstock, and then I cut one of them with the Divinity Design – Double Stitched Pennant Flags Dies using my Gemini Jr. Machine. I added it on the tag with permanent adhesive glue and 3D foam tape.

I cut out a heavyweight white cardstock using the white bag using Divinity Designs – Card Caddy & Gift Bag Dies with Gemini Jr. Machine. I put the bag together using the double sided-tape.

I added the tag on the bag by clipped it with the mini wooded clip and some baker’s twine.

SHE Mixed Media Tags

Hello hello hello everyone… We’re back! We arrived from Indonesia. It’s always a mixed feeling when we left Indonesia, but knowing that God will always take us back there is encouraging and gives me peace.

Today, I have four mixed media tags to share with you all…

I combine 2 newly relesed stamp sets on these mixed media tags. They are Proverbs 31 Journaling Stamp Set and Boss Babe Clear Stamps. And I use some of my stencils to create the backgrounds.

For full details and steps how to create them, head over to the Joy Clair Blog to read it all. THANK YOU so much for stopping by today! Hope you all have a fabulous day.

Coffee Vibe Mixed Media Tag Tutorial

Hello hello hello crafty friends… We have arrived at the end of May! Ready or not, June is coming! Here’s some coffee vibes for you…

Today is my turn to share a mixed media tutorial at STAMPlorations Blog. Over their blog, you can read full tutorial with pictures.

Couple of months ago, a sweet crafty friend sent me a happy box filled with various shaped acrylic, and this acrylic cup is one of them. I had so much fun creating this mixed media tag and exploring the possibilities what mediums to use on these Clear Scraps Acrylics. This time, I use Alcohol Inks and Alcohol Blending Solution on the acrylic.

On my project, I used the Helen G. Designs ARTplorations stencils (Make Marks 1 and Make Marks 5), Stitched Tags Nesting Dies, and Just Caffeinate STAMPlorations Clear Stickers.

For the tag, I use DCVW corrugated cardstock. And for the other mixed media mediums, I use Deco Foil Metallix Gel, White Gesso, and Gelato.

Other items such as enamel flowers, fabric flowers, gems, and twines are from my mixed media stash.

For adhesive, I used Beacon 3-in-1 Adhesive and GlueDots. They work well to keep everything in place. I am pretty happy with the results.

I hope you all will enjoy the tutorial at STAMPlorations Blog today. Thank you for stopping by my blog. Have a fabulous day!

Joy Clair Everyday Collection – Inspirational Blog Hop and Giveaway

Hello everyone! Welcome to Joy Clair Every Day Collection – Inspirational Blog Hop. So glad you are here!

The end of school year is in less than 2 weeks. We start thinking about how we can express our gratitude to our children’s teachers for all their hard works all year long. And, my projects today are a card and gift bag for special teacher that I created using the new released Teacher Stamp Set. You can check all the new release stamps at the store today!

I use cardstocks and patterned cardstocks from Bazzill Basics Paper to make the card and the gift box.

For the watercolored tag, coffee cup, and apple, I stamped them on watercolor paper and colored them with Arteza Real Brush Pens. I also heat embossed the cup with gold/glitter embossing powder mix.

I use the Card Caddy and Gift Bag Dies to make the gift bag, Stitched Tag Nesting Dies for the gift tag, and Sparkling Starts Dies to make the shaker on the card.

I use VersaFine Clair ink pads for stamping.

Fun Artsy Mixed Media Tags Tutorial

Hello hello hello everyone… I hope your week started well. Today I have a fun artsy mixed media tags tutorial to share with you all.

I am sharing step-by-step tutorial with picture on STAMPlorations Blog today that you can follow to create these fun, artsy looking mixed media tags using stencils, stamps, dies, gelli printing plate, acrylic paints, markers, and pigment ink pad.

For my tags, I use 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) size, 110 lbs white cardstock and the Manila Tags Nesting Dies. You can also use any heavyweight cardstock or watercolor paper for the tags.

I use all the new released 6 Make Marks Stencils to create the backgrounds with the basic gelli printing technique. This is a super easy and fun technique to do with stencils.

You can leave the tags as they are, or you can also decorate them with stamps, doodling or any embellishments you want to.

I decorate my tags with some doodles and the Life in Full Color Stamp Set and VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink pad to stamp the images on each tag, color them with acrylic paint and watercolor crayon.
