There’s always someone in our life who need some encouragement and love. This way, you can send a little note card just to say that, “You’re SO wonderful.”
It is simple note card you can make using the Operation Smile Stamp Set: You’re The Bomb. This stamp set is packed with sweet sentiments and images you can use to make any kind of cards you need.
I love how the watercolor background can give a unique look on a card. This technique is becoming one of my favorite of creating backgrounds. For this background I simply scribble the colors using CTMH Watercolor Pencils and then wet them using my aqua paint brush. It is amazing how these watercolor pencils can blend together.
For the heart, I add some Liquid Glass to give some dimension on it.
